¡¡¡¡ PAM machines have eight
main characters as below , compared with other traditional

Machine body |
We can clearly
see every parts and machine operating situation from front
, rear , left , right positions . We can know machine
status every time . So it¡¯s easy to repair and maintenance
. We also use safety system for machine running unit to
avoid to hurt operators. Operators need to open the door
to touch moveable parts, The machine will stop when the
door opens, So this way can avoid injury when unmindful

Former unit |
PAM machines
use concavo-convex style former unit , Thereby the force
friction between film and former unit can be reduced upto
50% than other style. This style can reduce scratch of
film surface and increase film feeding speed . |
Film feeding belt |
PAM machines
use pneumatic suction style , That is to say , use air
to absorb film through vacuum belt . Film can be fed accurately
whenever moisture or smooth environment . But if you use
other type of film feeding belt , The little granules
on former unit surface will drop into bags after machines
have been operating for many years. PAM machines can avoid
this problem by using vacuum belt pneumatic suction style.
Meanwhile the film draw down system is controlled by Servo
motor to increase film feeding speed and accuracy. |
Film end seal |
PAM machines
film end seal are driven by Servo motor .This type can
make the end seal quality more perfect and stable than
air-driving seal type. If you use air to drive film end
seal , It would be easy to leak air and end seal abnormal
because of unstable air source and air pressure. As you
know the three main sector of end seal quality is temperature
, pressure, time. The end seal quality will become unstable
under air-driving . You should concern this problem, especially
for those productions that need to flush nitrogen . |
Packaging speed |
The production
capacity is approx 100 bags per minute . 80 bags per minute
for PE film . The min. film thickness can be reached to
25 ¦Ìm , Max. film thickness can be reached to 200 ¦Ìm.
